🛒 Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

• Cancellations:
  We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order.

• Returns & Exchanges:
  Due to the digital nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at sales@bobcharlotte.com. We’re happy to help.

📦 Refund & Download Policy

• All sales are considered final unless a technical issue occurs with your digital download.

• For custom or customized premade logo designs, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the work.

• Software Requirements:
  Our logos are delivered in formats compatible with Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. A basic understanding of Photoshop is recommended. Clear instructions are included to assist you with editing.
  Need Photoshop? You can download a free 30-day trial 

• License & Usage:
  By purchasing any product from bobcharlotte, you agree to the following:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the design files (whole or in part)

  • You may not claim the designs as your own

  • You may not sell digital or printed versions on any platform (including Etsy, eBay, or other marketplaces)
